Tacos al Pastor are made with marinated (with a spice named Achiote) beef and pinneaple, as with other kind of tacos the tortilla must be SOFT not fried as Taco Bell portrays it!!!
Usually people put on them coriander, chopped onion and green sauce (made of green tomatoes, onion and green peppers, also the thing my classmate is pouring on them) if the tacos are too spicy you can add some lemon juice (we call the lime "Lima" and the lemon "Limon")
